Steps away from the soft sand and warm waves. Come and relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while you watch the ocean from the front porch swing. This family friendly rental is a place where you can expect to spend quality time with your loved ones while watching the waves.
The house can sleep upto 14 guests and is great for multi family vacation. The house features beautiful living room which opens into the kitchen and is great for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator has cold water dispenser and ice machine. The house features split floor plan with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, 55” Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sink and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom downstairs also has a king bed and 50” Smart TV with a full bathroom right next to it. As you step upstairs, you enter into a large loft area which a 65” Smart TV, gaming arcade and foosball table and plenty of board games to have a fun and memory family time. It features a sofa bed, 2 day beds and a dedicated work space. The upper bedrooms consists of a queen bed in one room and 2 bunk beds in another room and a shared full bathroom. All the bedrooms have a sound machine to muffle down any noise during the night time for a good night sleep. The home has a full laundry room with washer/dryer. Enjoy grilling or just relax in the private fenced back patio with ocean view. The house is steps away from amazing restaurants.
Other Note to the Guests :
1. IDs will be validated before check-in
2. For safety of everyone, the exterior of the house is monitored by security cameras.
2. No Smoking allowed inside the premises. Any smoking detection will result in $250 to $500 and additional fines if it impacts the next guests booking.
3. Quiet time is after 10pm. No loud music or noises after 10pm.
4. Linens and Towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
5. We provider soap, shampoo, conditioner toilet paper in each bathroom. If you need more, Walmart is a short drive away.
6. Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute for a refund. However, some weather related issues maybe covered by travel insurance (Always best to get travel insurance during Hurricane season).
7. Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, please follow the guidance of officials pertaining to mandatory evacuations.

Summary: The house is beautiful!! My family enjoyed our stay here!! Owner was very quick to respond to the few messages I sent him and very kind in his responses. I loved to find there were beach toys, chairs and a wagon to use. Really appreciate the opportunity to stay in his home!

Summary: The house was very clean and the location couldn't have been better! We had 4 different families staying and it was big enough that we weren't crowded. The living room, dining room, and kitchen was a really nice, big space for 14 people to hang out. The upstairs and downstairs stayed very cool in the hot July heat. Raj responded very quickly to all messages and checking in and out was a breeze. The sofa sleeper was not very comfortable to sleep on but they rarely are so it wasn't a huge deal. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. The kitchen had the basics, such as plates, cups, and silverware. However, it didn't have much to actually cook with. Such as 9x13 pans, skillets, etc. The water did not get get very hot in any of the showers. We all were actually a little cold when showering. This is not a complaint but just a note: I wish I would have known there was an air mattress, sand castle building toys, 7 or 8 beach chairs, a beach tent, a kite, floaties, etc. so we wouldn't of had to pack our own. I'm sure guests leave them so they don't have to cart them back home but it would have been nice to know. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this house again and recommend it to others!

Summary: This home was the perfect spot for our family reunion in Gulfport. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the downtown area, the location couldn’t have been better. It is close to the aquarium, restaurants, and other attractions, but still peaceful and quiet. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our large group. Everything was just as described, and the setup made it easy for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. I’ll absolutely be looking to stay here again next time I’m in town with a group. Highly recommend!

Summary: We were exploring the Gulfport/Biloxi area for the first time and chose this house for its size, location to the beach, and that is looked clean and modern. It was all that for certain. Clean, plenty of room and sleeping accommodations, nice fenced area to relax in and a garage. Communication with the owner was good, and we had zero issues or concerns during our stay. The house has everything you need including beach chairs and a wagon to bring your stuff to the beach. Really nice place.
